For the last 15 years I’ve helped lead PC Locs and LocknCharge—two organisations built on a simple promise: make life easier for the people using our products, and the teams supporting them. What started 27 years ago with my dad and his mate became a global business across education and enterprise.
I’ve got a sales brain and an engineering bias, which means I love a good idea—but I love a useful idea more. Most of my best lessons came from customer conversations, not conference stages. I’ve replied too fast, made the wrong call, missed what was right in front of me... and learned to slow down and get curious. That habit—listening properly, then building—has shaped how I lead.
